How it works
Step 1: Contact us:
Email sales@got-this.com with:
- Your name and organisation name
- Number of team members
- Team Name (e.g. ‘Maintenance’, ‘Kitchen’, ‘Team A’)
- Administrators name and email address
Step 2: Complete Payment
We’ll send you a secure Stripe payment link via email. Payment is processed completely outside of the app.
Step 3: Receive Your Credentials
Within 24 hours, we’ll email you TWO sets of login credentials:

- Password: [secure password]
- For: Team managers/administrators ONLY
- Can: Add team members, manage profiles, access all features
📱 Shared Device Account
- Email: shareddevice@[yourdomain]
- Password: [secure password]
- For: Frontline workers using shared devices
- Can: Create and manage tasks, communicate with the team, share updates
- Cannot: Add new team members or manage team settings
- Perfect for shared devices in frontline teams

For Administrators
- Sign in with your admin credentials
- Create profiles for your team members (add their names and optional photos)
- Set up tasks and a team structure
For Team Members
- On individual devices: Sign in with admin credentials, select your personal profile
- On shared devices: Sign in with the shared credentials provided by your administrator

Q: Can the same person use both accounts?
A: Yes! Your manager might sign in with the admin account on their phone to add team members, then also check the shared device account on a shared device to see what the frontline workers see.
Q: Who should I give the admin credentials to?
A: Give admin credentials only to managers or team leaders who need to add team members and manage settings. Keep these credentials secure.
Q: Who should I give the shared device credentials to?
A: Share these credentials with all your frontline workers. They’re designed to be shared across your team for accessing tasks and information on common devices.
Q: Can team members use their own phones?
A: Yes! Team members can sign in on their personal devices using the team login credentials provided by their administrator. After signing in, each person selects their own profile. Only profiles with administrator permissions can add new team members or manage settings – regular team member profiles have view and task management access only.
Note: Only administrator profiles have permission to add new team members – regular team member profiles can create tasks and communicate but cannot add people to the team.
Q: Can I set up multiple teams?
A: Yes! Each team gets its own set of admin and shared device credentials. Just let us know how many teams you need when you contact us.
Q: How long does setup take?
A: After payment is confirmed, we typically have your credentials sent to you within 24 hours (usually much faster during business hours).
